Get An Act is a six week beginner/intermediate class based on improving the development skills for creating an act. This class is designed to teach you the process to get from idea to a polished act.

THIS CLASS IS FULL. Deposits made after Dec 29th, 2015 will apply to March classes only.
Class Objective:
Upon completion of this six week course you’ll have a new or improved act with the skills to create complex numbers from start to finish. Including music creation, costume design, makeup and accessories, dance choreography and understanding the details that make the act.

Class materials and written material are provided with both lecture, and hands on performances taking place.

Eighteen hours of class time in the six week course.

$100 deposit required to reserve a seat.
Balance may be paid in $30 installments required at each class. Please contact Lili for scholarship opportunities. Burlesque performance experience is required or dance and theater training. This is not a beginner class. Please contact Lili if you are unsure if you qualify. Students will be contacted upon registration.

Dance Classes with Matt Finish

1:30 Ballet for Burlesque is a Ballet technique barre-based course that focuses on balance, grace, and strength for the entire body using exercises pulled from the classical ballet repertoire. This course is taught by Matt Finish, former soloist with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo.
Participants should wear form-fitting dance wear and ballet shoes. (55 Minutes) $20 Advance, $25 at the door.

2:30 Firm and tone your entire body in this flirty and fun exercise class!
Each class will include cardio and strengthening exercises that emphasize the physicality, flexibility and technique used by burlesque performers!
Not a burlesque performer? That’s ok! This full body workout will firm and tone you in all the right places.
Participants should wear form fitting exercise clothes, comfortable shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle. (55 Minutes) $20 Advance, $25 at the door.

Both classes together for $35 Advance, $45 at the door.

Matt Finish is an award winning Burlesque dancer, member of Don’t Blink Burlesque, Instructor at Fanny’s Fox Den, and former soloist with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. Matt is based in Tucson, Az.
