Dance Classes with Matt Finish
1:30 Ballet for Burlesque is a Ballet technique barre-based course that focuses on balance, grace, and strength for the entire body using exercises pulled from the classical ballet repertoire. This course is taught by Matt Finish, former soloist with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo.
Participants should wear form-fitting dance wear and ballet shoes. (55 Minutes) $20 Advance, $25 at the door.
2:30 Firm and tone your entire body in this flirty and fun exercise class!
Each class will include cardio and strengthening exercises that emphasize the physicality, flexibility and technique used by burlesque performers!
Not a burlesque performer? That’s ok! This full body workout will firm and tone you in all the right places.
Participants should wear form fitting exercise clothes, comfortable shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle. (55 Minutes) $20 Advance, $25 at the door.
