Reigning Miss Hollywood Burlesque, Sheila Starr Siani teaches this six week course all about erotism and enticement in your performance. Part lecture, part movement, we will explore sensuality, timing, body language and pleasure.<\/p>\n

Students will learn a sexy routine with the have the opportunity to perform it at Monday Night Tease.<\/p>\n

Week 1: STRIP LIKE A STRIPPER: introduction, intention, intensity. lots of talk this first class. We will see the choreography and work on it some to get familiar with the music.<\/p>\n

Week 2: EXOTIC DANCE
\nMovement and elements of seductive dances from around the world. Lots of isolations and hips.<\/p>\n

Week 3: SLINKY STRONG SEXY
\nFloor work, stretches, walks, use of limbs.<\/p>\n

Week 4: WHAT’S THE LINE?
\nPositioning your body, extending your poses, finishing your movement.<\/p>\n

Week 5: DROP THE BEAT
\nMusicality, timing. Going slower. Musical choices.<\/p>\n

Week 6: SEX AND ELEGANCE
\nTying it all together and adding qualities of seduction and pleasure.<\/p>\n
